About the Course

Investment in Excellence is a transformative 6-session programme designed to empower employees with the skills needed to thrive in today’s workplace. Through practical training in Emotional Intelligence, Professional Conduct, and Workplace Etiquette, participants build self-awareness, strengthen collaboration, and foster a culture of accountability. This programme lays the foundation for resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams.

Course Outline

Participants will embark on a 6-session journey of workplace transformation:
  1. Self-Awareness and Personal Worth
  2. Temperament, Values and Purpose
  3. Assertive Communication
  4. Emotional Mastery and Regulation
  5. Conflict Resolution: The 3rd Alternative
  6. Influence and Self-Change
Includes an additional module on Professional Conduct and Workplace Etiquette for immediate, practical impact.
